Travis Fuller
Founder & President
Travis Fuller is a founder and currently serves as Founder/ President of Legends Development Corporation. Mr. Fuller has been involved in the real estate business for over two decades, which encompasses development from every angle.
Starting from an early brokerage career, Travis soon parlayed his relationships and acquired skills into residential development. During his career, Mr. Fuller has developed more than three thousand (3,000) residential lots and over 15 different neighborhoods. It is with this experience that Travis partnered with United Residential Properties (as an example The Legends at Taylor Lakes) and Hathaway Construction to participate in his first multi-family projects in Tennessee and Alabama.
Mr. Fuller founded Belle Investment Company, Inc. with his partner, Greg Gilbert, ten years ago and successfully developed over 1,000 residential lots in multiple large neighborhood developments. As CEO/ President of Belle Investment Company, Inc., Mr. Fuller worked with multiple development partners to complete a number of multi-family apartment complexes, including a 240 unit Class A multi-family development in Montgomery, Alabama, 280 + unit Class A multi-family development in Birmingham, Alabama, a 312 unit Class A multi-family development in Chattanooga, and a 262 lot mixed use residential development in Ooltewah, TN.

Bryan is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with a track record of leading companies to high levels of success. With over twenty years of leadership experience, Bryan has launched and guided numerous businesses to achieve not only high profits but also a reputation for delivering exceptional products and services.
Bryan is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s in Business with a concentration in corporate training. Bryan's expertise spans multiple industries, including construction, risk management, health and fitness, and real estate development. Using a process and systems driven approach has led to the successful starting, scaling, and running successful businesses such as a multi-office insurance brokerage, a multi-site fitness facility, a commercial real estate portfolio, and a real estate development firm. As the leader of each venture, Bryan has demonstrated an exceptional ability to navigate market complexities and lead teams to surpass industry standards. His leadership style is defined by a hands-on approach, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within his organizations.
As CEO of Legends Development Partners, Bryan is using proven systems and processes to build a team of exceptional talent that build products that meet or exceed quality standards for excellence as well as provide high profit margins for the company. Bryan’s goal is for Legends Development Partners to be a leading construction management and development company in our market.

Gregory Gilbert
Chief Marketing Officer
Gregory Gilbert has a background with extensive experience and achievements in operations management, training, and motivating employees, as well as creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies instrumental in increasing company revenues. Specifically, Mr. Gilbert’s strengths are in sales/marketing, office operations, financial management, and employee relations. Having earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in finance/ psychology) from the University of Tennessee College of Business, Mr. Gilbert began his career as the office manager of a staffing agency and later became Affiliate Broker for two well-known real estate firms in the Easter Tennessee area.
In August of 2004, Mr. Gilbert teamed with the Travis Fuller to create The Fuller Group, a full service real estate firm as its Chief Operating Officer/Principal Broker. After markets shifted in 2008 Mr. Gilbert aligned with national real estate brand Crye-Leike to establish sales and marketing for a development he and several partners created in Chattanooga, TN. At this point, Mr. Gilbert partnered with Crye-Leike to help create their first New Homes Sales Division. The next stop on his real estate journey found Mr. Gilbert and Mr. Fuller partnered in Belle Investment Company Inc. where he became a principal.
